QUARTERLY CHECK
A deeper technical checkup, on top of your monthly care. Not included by default, booked separately whenever you want the extra layer of attention.

• A deeper test of your contact forms (checking every field, not just that it sends)
• SSL certificate checked to confirm it’s valid and active
• PHP version checked and flagged if it’s out of date
• Plugins audited for bloat, with outdated or unsupported ones flagged
• Database cleaned up, old revisions and unnecessary temporary data removed
• XML sitemap confirmed live and current
• Anything else you’d like tested, based on the access you’re able to give me

I built my first WordPress website from scratch while on maternity leave. I Googled everything, read every beginner guide I could find, paid for courses, and pieced it all together step by small step.

What if I already do some of this myself?
That’s fine. We’ll build your plan around what’s actually missing, not duplicate work you don’t need.
Do you monitor my site 24/7?
Not personally. If you choose to monitor uptime, that runs automatically around the clock, so I get alerted if your site goes down. Everything else is reviewed on your plan’s regular schedule.
What's your response time if something breaks?
If your site goes down, I’ll look into it within 24 hours on business days. I don’t work weekends unless truly necessary, this business exists so I can be present with my family too.
What access do you actually need?
At minimum, WordPress admin access. We’ll go through exactly what’s needed for your setup on our call.
Do you write or update my content?
No, this is technical maintenance. If content needs updating, I’ll flag it, but the writing itself isn’t included.
What happens if my site gets hacked while I'm on the plan?
My job is prevention, not emergency recovery. If something does happen, hands-on hack cleanup isn’t my area, so I’ll point you toward a specialist and make sure you have a clean backup ready.
Do I need backups and a security plugin already set up?
No, we’ll get those in place during onboarding if you don’t have them yet.
